Okra Natto
Ingredients (1- 2 people)
| Natto | 50g/1.76oz | 
| Natto Tare | To Taste | 
| Okra | 4-5 pieces | 
| Salt | 1 tspn | 
【How to - Okra Natto】
- Wash the okra and lightly kneed/rub salt into it. 
- Blanch the okra. - 2a. Bring a pot of water to a boil. - 2b. Boil the okra for 2 minutes. - 2c. Quickly remove the okra from boiling water and soak them in an ice bath. 
- Cut okra to desirable bite-size chunks. 
- Add okra, and natto tare to natto and mix well. 
- Take a picture. (Optional) 
- Eat that api.
