Spicy Cod Natto Spaghetti
Ingredients (1 person)
| Natto | 50g/1.76oz | 
| Natto Tare | To Taste | 
| Spaghetti | 100g/3.53oz | 
| Mentaiko(Spicy Cod Roe) | 20g/1⅓ tbsp | 
| Butter(or Margarine) | 20g/1⅓ tbsp | 
| Green Onion | To Taste | 
| Nori | To Taste | 
| Cheese | To Taste | 
| Egg | 1 | 
【How to - Spicy Cod Natto Spaghetti】
- Bring a pot of water to boil, and cook spaghetti. (Read spaghetti box for cooking instructions) 
- Finely cut green onions and run under cold water for 2-3 minutes. (*1) 
- Peel the mentaiko, and add with natto tare, melted butter(or margarine), to natto and mix well. 
- Toss the mixture from step 3 with spaghetti. 
- Plate the spaghetti mixture from 4, crack an egg(we recommend Onsen Egg[How to make Onsen Egg]), top with green onions, cheese(*2), and nori.
